Allstar Game

Noah made the ALLSTARS!!  YEA!!  And Jason said he really earned it!  Noah loves baseball and is really good at it.  I'm so proud of him.  He played like a big kid this year.  We had a good season. The kids all played so hard.  I loved seeing Jason coach these kids.  They all just look up to him and I loved hearing them repeat the things he said, "See the ball, hit the ball" that's the one I remember and heard the kids saying to each other a lot.  Jason was such an encourager to them.  It was fun being a CARD this year.

See how they all look up to him...I love it.
We played against the Bucs.  They were the "best" team this season.  And the Allstar team beat them 14-8.  Our team was on fire!  They were sick of losing to the Bucs.  It was so fun to finally win an allstar game.  We've gone 3 years now and the first year we were the allstar "team" that went.  We said we lost because we were playing the best players.  Well, last year we went as an allstar pick and we LOST.  It was so heartbreaking.  So this year...was so much fun to finally win.  It was hot but all the kids had so much fun.

It was also a lot of fun to see the kids hitting, catching fly balls, throwing people out, and making catches.  The whole game was played hard...And there were some close calls.

Noah up to bat for the first time in the allstar game.  Yea...he smacked it!

It was HOT and we are kinda glad to see the season end.  That day we played the temp was to go up to 104.  Luckly we played in the morning but it was still out of control hot!!

So here's to another season!!

Locks of LOVE!

The hair HAD TO GO!!  When I realized that Mary has amazing hair I have wanted her to do Locks of Love.  But with all the swimming we were doing it was becoming such a big mess!  Tangles galore...lots of tears when it came time to brush it and no amount of conditioner helped the battle.  It was time.  Dance was over (she had to have a bun in one of her dance numbers) and I was done!
Marybeth to the rescue!  We went to her house and she cut everyone's hair.  She does the best!!  Not to mention she is the BEST!  She is such a good friend to us.

Mary was so ready to get her haircut.
8 Long Inches ready to give to Locks of Love!
Looks so cute!

Noah is just too cute for words!!  He is turning into such a handsome guy!

I love Anna's hair short!

We love our new Do's!!!

YES to VBS

We had a great week at VBS!  Erin did such a great job this year delegating.  I don't think anyone was stressed.  I surely wasn't.  It's nice to be her favorite... I mean, to stay on her good side.  HA!  VBS can be such a booger!

I was in charge of the parade handouts.  This year we did ice cream.  The parade is not my favorite but it sure looks like a  good time.

We only have out 10 icecreams.  But the 20 something kids in the parade enjoyed them when it was over.  And they were good!!

We had a lot of kids!  Every class was "full" - Monday was a little hecktic when I was put with the 4 year olds (which Mary and Isaac both were in...YIKES and Mary was super whiney and left with a fever) but then that all got straight and I was back to picture taking, crafts, and floating for the rest of the week.

Amazing Wonders was the theme.  It was a lot funner than I thought it was going to be.  It was more of an airplane ride to see God's Wonders.  Fun!  Anna loves the music and it's been playing non stop since Mrs. Kendra gave her the CD.

Enjoy the pictures and there is also a video of the week (coming soon - Rey & Matt did a great job)...

Good thing VBS was not hectic because our home life sure was.  Vivian was born which was so much fun but having to leave the hospital to get to VBS was not fun for me.  Isaac and Mary both were sick that week which made for some rearranging.  They had Hand Foot Mouth Disease.  And it is now spreading through our house.  Noah and Jason are both enduring it now.  Anna and I have to WATCH OUT!!!

Happy Father's Day

Noah was really sick this fathers day!  REALLY!  He got hand foot mouth disease and he threw up all day long.  I felt so terrible for him.

Jason got a Father's Day Basket.  He got some Flowers, Reese Cups, Sunflower Seeds, COFFEE (Gourmet), Popcorn (to pop on the stove - it's our new favorite thing), a picture of the Family, Personalized Notes from all of us, a Plaque with the kids handprints, and his FAVORITE...John Smoltz book.  Not to mention b/c Noah was sick...he got a CLEAN HOUSE!

Since Noah was so sick we tried to stay away from him...  We ended up swimming and just hanging out around the house.  Jason read half his book and we all just relaxed and prayed we weren't the next to get the bug...

Vivien James

Sweet sweet SWEET Vivien James was born today.  She was due Thursday - planned C-Section, off work, I had a wreath to make and plenty of time to make it.  Yea, just like a Cvacho she came when SHE wanted to... EARLY!

She is absolutely adorable.  My favorite feature...HAIR ... lots and lots of black hair!  Perfect for a little girl.  I also adore her chubby cheeks and could eat her up in one bite.

She was born at 7:50 a.m. and she weighs 9 lbs. 2 oz. and 21 inches long.  Did I mention she is adorabe.  Thought so... Did I mention she was perfect?  Yes!  I'm in love with this baby and so proud to be her aunt T!  Love love love her!

Congrats Silena and Clint.  Now Silena... Get well soon.  We got a summer to play... OR, I'll just come hold the baby.  You tell me...ha!!  Love you all!!

CONGRATS!!
